5.1 All transactions on u888abc are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). Deposits are credited to your Real Money Balance upon successful processing.

6.1 Withdrawals are available to players who have completed KYC verification. u888abc reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending satisfactory completion of identity verification.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Funds originating from bonus credits must satisfy the applicable wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. Real Money Balance deposits that have not been used to meet a bonus wagering requirement may be withdrawn subject to standard processing procedures.
6.3 Processing Times. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within one (1) business day for verified accounts. GCash and Maya withdrawals are generally the fastest. Bank transfer withdrawals may take two (2) to five (5) business days depending on the receiving institution.

6.5 u888abc reserves the right to reverse a withdrawal request and return funds to your Real Money Balance if KYC documentation is not provided within the required timeframe or if a compliance review is initiated.
7.1 All bonuses and promotions offered by u888abc are subject to specific terms published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
7.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before any winnings derived from bonus play may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's terms.
7.3 Bonus Expiry. Bonuses that are not claimed or wagering requirements that are not met within the stated validity period will be forfeited automatically. u888abc is not obligated to reinstate expired bonuses.

10.2 Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, any Real Money Balance and Bonus Balance may be forfeited. u888abc will provide written notice of the reason for closure where legally permissible.
10.3 Player-Initiated Closure. You may request closure of your u888abc account at any time by contacting customer support. Any Real Money Balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
10.4 Accounts that have been inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. u888abc will notify you before applying any dormancy policy to your account balance.

14.1 Internal Complaints. If you have a complaint regarding your u888abc account, a game outcome, or a transaction, you should first contact u888abc customer support with full details of your complaint. u888abc will acknowledge your complaint within two (2) business days and aim to resolve it within fourteen (14) business days.
